On December 24, 2018, students from West Philadelphia Achievement Charter Elementary were treated to an end-of-year holiday luncheon and a meet and greet with Cre'Von at Star Fusion restaurant in Philadelphia.
Under the Save-A-Heart program, the Cre'Von LeBlanc Foundation will Heart Walk in memory of its CEO's father, Craig, Sr., friends, and others who have either survived or died from heart disease and suffers from a stroke. Together, we will fight for a future where a parent doesn’t have to hear that their child has a heart defect. A future where an adult does not have to face the uncertain times ahead after receiving a diagnosis of heart disease or suffering from a stroke. A future where you and I will know that we had a part in making this possible.
Join us, the LeBlanc Heart Walkers, on Saturday, November 17 and help us build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
As an important element of the Foundation, the Save-A-Heart program strives to promote wellness and heart-healthy communities resulting in positive lifestyle changes. #DoYourPartSaveAHeart
